Dining Out with Your Child with Autism

A Premiere Event, organized by Monarch Center for Autism

Dining Out with Your Child with Autism

This event is designed for families with Autism, not Celiac, but since some of our families deal with both we wanted to share the information. Please note that you should check with the restaurant for gluten free if you or your child are on a gluten free diet.

REGISTER BY TOMORROW, November 12
Meet Us for Lunch at John Q's Steakhouse in Downtown Cleveland on Saturday, November 15, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Monarch Center for Autism, a division of Bellefaire JCB, is inviting families who have a child or children with an autism spectrum disorder to join other families for an exclusive dining out experience!

For families like yours with children on the autism spectrum, dining can pose an array of challenges. Many children and adolescents with autism may never get the opportunity to join their parents or siblings at a restaurant - until now.

The Monarch Center for Autism is organizing this lunch specifically for families of children with autism at John Qʼs Steakhouse in downtown Cleveland. The restaurant will be closed to the public during this event and only our families will be dining at the venue.

Special Accomodations

Special accommodations will be made for your children, such as providing sensory areas as well as accomodating special dietary needs! John Q's will prepare a plain chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper and serve it with vegetables, should you have a child with food allergies and/or sensitivities. Or, you may bring a meal already prepared for your child to heat up at the restaurant.John Q's Steakhouse Menu
